August 13th 2011, I fell down from the Restaurant Stair. I was diagnosed with a broken tibia at multiple places. Admitted to Apollo Hospital Bangalore, the focus was on you instead of me..;). You have been always adorable my sweetheart. My Angel!!
From Nurses to Doctors and Wardboys everyone wanted to lift that sweet little cute child in their arms. Your Mumma was so proud. I could see smile on her face with all the worries gone for a flurry.
Next day the surgery was planned and there they did the surgery. The surgery was successful and I was shifted to the recovery room.
What I last remember was that there was a rush of doctors. I could see lot of faces and hear faint voices. I was not able to breathe properly and everyone was shouting "He is sinking, He is sinking". I could listen to all those voices from a distance it seems, a very very far distance. Then came the voice of your Mumma saying Saurabh, Saurabh, Saurabh!!! and a faint voice of hers saying Saurabh Gungun is calling you. She is saying Papa come back. and then a few seconds of break and I heard lot of noise and slowly and gradually hearing lot of people saying Gungun is calling you. See Gungun is calling you. And few seconds down I was able to grasp my breath. My Darling Daughter you brought back the determination at the eleventh hour to fight back. I owe you my life.
Its been almost 4 years this incident has passed by and while blogging this tears are rolling down my cheeks.
